Return Policy for Digital Downloads

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please submit a refund request within 7 days of your purchase. We’re always looking to improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request.

Return Policy for All Other Items

If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or size, we’re unable accept returns as our items are printed specifically for you once you order it.

If you have any questions, please contact us BEFORE you place your order. We’re happy to help!

We offer a replacement item or refund only in the following circumstances:

  • you received the wrong item (only if it was an error on our part)
  • the item is damaged or poor quality
  • AND you request a refund within 14 days of purchase

If either of these apply, please contact us, providing details about the reason for your request for a replacement item, or refund and 1-3 photos of the item showing that it’s the wrong item or is damaged or poor quality.

We can then either send you another item or issue a refund.

Refund Processing Times

Happy Catopia will review your refund request within 5 business days and once approved,  submit the refund immediately to Stripe for processing.  Note: Your financial institution may take up to 20 days to process the refund and for it to appear your bank account/card.
